Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept any credit or debit card payment.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit or debit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
Goods are sent via courier throughout mainland UK. A signature is required on delivery of all goods. We will contact you regarding details for international orders.

Delivery Schedule
Assuming your goods are in stock we will deliver your order right away. You will normally receive your order within 48 hours (Monday – Friday).

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for stock to arrive.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security
No credit card details are held or stored in our database. The transfer of credit card details is done using SSL encryption to the payment gateway. We authorise your card details on the site and use an authorisation code to capture your payment on delivery of the goods.
